Four Enforced Disappearance Victims Found Dead, Identities Confirmed

Quetta: The bodies of four individuals who had been forcibly disappeared were recovered in Bela and Uthal, Balochistan. Three bodies were found near Salo Kor in Bela and have been identified as Nek Saal, son of Dilosh; Abdul Qadoos, son of Hameed Ali, both residents of Machi Kalg, Bela and Nazar Muhammad, son of Arz Muhammad, resident of Prom.

Eyewitnesses reported that all three had been forcibly taken from different locations by Pakistani security forces. The bodies were handed over to their families by the Levies Force after completing formal procedures.

Separately, the body of Jahanzeb, son of Roshan, was recovered from Uthal Zero Point. He had gone missing in September after being taken into custody by Pakistani forces.

This year, dozens of young people in Balochistan have reportedly been killed at the hands of Pakistani forces and armed groups operating under their supervision. Many of these victims were first abducted and then executed, highlighting ongoing concerns over enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings in the region.
