Awaran: Explosion Targets Pakistani Security Personnel

In Balochistan’s Awaran district, Pakistani security personnel on foot patrol were targeted by a landmine explosion, resulting in reported casualties.

According to sources, at around 8 a.m. today, unidentified armed men had planted a landmine between Malar and Buzdad in Awaran. The explosion occurred while the personnel were on routine patrol.

The blast caused casualties among the forces, though no official statement has yet been released by the authorities.

So far, no organization has claimed responsibility for the attack.
