Armed Men Abduct Five Passengers, Including a Customs Official

DALBANDIN, BALOCHISTAN: Unidentified armed men abducted five passengers, including a customs official, after a passenger bus traveling from Quetta to Dalbandin broke down at Charsar.

The official has been identified as Muhammad Ibrahim Domki, who belongs to Jaffarabad district. He was on his way to report for duty at the time.

According to sources, the gunmen checked the passengers’ identity cards before taking Domki and four other passengers to an unknown location.

No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far, and the motive behind the abduction remains unclear.
