Harnai: Six Workers Injured in Harnai Coal Mine Blast, Mobile Tower Torched in Kech

Harnai / Kech: A powerful explosion occurred in a coal mine in the Talib Coal Mine Harnai, Balochistan, injuring six workers. According to rescue sources, the blast was caused by a buildup of gas while the miners were working underground.

The injured workers have been identified as Wajid, Sher Afzal, Ameer Muhammad, Ashraf Ali and Agha Muhammad. All were immediately transferred to a hospital in Quetta for treatment. Hospital officials reported that some of the injured are in critical condition.

In a separate incident, unidentified individuals set fire to a mobile phone tower in the Bahman area of Kech earlier this morning. The tower sustained damage, though no casualties were reported.

No group has claimed responsibility for the arson attack as of yet.
