Jhao: Enforced Disappearance Victim Found Dead in Custody of Pakistani Forces

Jhao, Balochistan: The body of Hameed Baloch, a resident of Kooto in the Jhao region of Awaran, was recovered today, five days after he was reportedly taken into custody by Pakistani security forces.

According to a report by Zrumbesh, Hameed Baloch had been forcibly disappeared and was allegedly killed while in detention, his body was found.

In separate incidents earlier this year, Haneef, son of Aziz, was allegedly forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces on May 23, 2025, from the Tobo Kad, Jhao. In another case, the body of Darman Baloch, son of Rahim Bakhsh, was recovered on May 30, 2025, in the Chibhi, Jhao . He had also reportedly been missing after being taken into custody.
