Human Rights Organizations Must Raise Their Voice for the Recovery of My Brother. Sister of Missing Ghulam Ali

The sister of Ghulam Ali Baloch, a resident of Killi Dattu in Mastung, has expressed serious concern over her brother’s enforced disappearance, urging human rights organizations, the judiciary, and government institutions to take immediate action.

According to her, Ghulam Ali Baloch, son of Abdul Hakeem, was abducted in front of witnesses by personnel of state intelligence agencies at around 3:00 AM on June 22, 2025, from Jinnah Town, Quetta. Several days have passed, yet the family has received no information, no contact, and no confirmation about his whereabouts or well-being.

She stated that the atmosphere at home is one of grief and despair, and that their mother’s condition has worsened due to continuous crying and distress. The entire family is going through a mental and emotional ordeal.

She added, “We only demand that our brother be recovered and returned to us safely. If he is accused of anything, he should be presented in court. Disappearing citizens without any legal process is not only illegal but also inhumane and unethical.”

The sister appealed to human rights activists, journalists and social media users to become their voice by spreading the message through hashtags such as #ReleaseGhulamAliBaloch and #SaveBalochStudents
