
Balochistan : Two people were killed in separate firing incidents in different parts of Balochistan on Saturday, highlighting the ongoing law and order challenges in the province.
In Quetta, unidentified assailants opened fire near the wagon terminal in Musa Colony on Sariab Road, killing a man on the spot. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Quetta via Edhi ambulance, where the deceased was identified as Ali Muhammad, son of Arz Muhammad. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
In a separate incident in Killi Ladoo Gaan, located in the Luni area of Duki district, a man was shot dead following a minor altercation. The victim was identified as Abdul Rehman, son of Saleh Muhammad, belonging to the Ladoo Luni tribe. His body was taken to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital for legal formalities. Police say an inquiry is underway to determine the cause of the conflict.
