Mastung: The Deputy Commissioner of Mastung has dismissed 18 Levies personnel from service in the wake of the recent attack on the Levies station in Kardgap Tehsil. The decision follows the June 21 assault, during which the Levies station, NADRA office, and other government properties sustained significant damage.
According to sources, the attackers not only caused extensive destruction to the Levies station but also seized official weapons and communication equipment.
Acting under the Balochistan Levies Force Disciplinary Rules 2015, the Deputy Commissioner issued orders for the immediate termination of the personnel.
The official statement cited a complete failure of duty by the dismissed officers during the attack, stating that their negligence resulted in both financial loss and a serious blow to the authority of the state.
