Anti-Narcotics Officer Held Hostage by Armed Men in Mastung; Weapons and Vehicle Seized

In Mastung, armed individuals detained an officer from the Excise, Taxation, and Anti-Narcotics Department, Mir Sultan Ahmed Zehri, during an operation. The assailants took possession of the officer’s official weapon and vehicle, but released him after a short while.

According to sources, the incident occurred while Mir Sultan Ahmed Zehri was performing his routine duties. Unknown individuals abducted him and seized official equipment. The officer was later released at an undisclosed location.

So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the incident.
