In the city of Kharan, located in Balochistan, unidentified armed individuals held police personnel hostage and took possession of their government-issued weapons.
According to sources, around 1:00 PM today near Shahwani Chowk in Kharan Bazaar, unidentified armed men targeted the police officers and snatched their weapons. The attackers managed to flee the scene after the operation.
However, no harm was caused to the police personnel.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
