
Quetta – The Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) has expressed serious concern over reports of extrajudicial killings and enforced disappearances in the Koh-e-Suleiman region. In a statement, the organization revealed that 13 previously disappeared individuals were killed in four alleged staged encounters, while it has received reports of the enforced disappearance of 16 members of the Buzdar tribe, calling the situation highly alarming.
VBMP strongly condemned these incidents and demanded that the 16 forcibly disappeared individuals from the Buzdar tribe be recovered immediately. The organization urged the government to investigate the unlawful actions of state institutions and make the facts public. The statement also called for accountability and concrete measures to end ongoing human rights violations.
VBMP detailed the following alleged fake encounters:
- First Incident: Occurred on 6 November 2024, resulting in the deaths of Muhammad Nawaz s/o Hakeem Khan, Rahmlari Buzdar, Ghulam Muhammad, Namradigh Buzdar, and Jaffar Marri.
- Second Incident: Took place on 8 April 2025, where the victims were identified as Haq Nawaz, Meera Bhangari Buzdar, Shero, Rahmlari Buzdar, Gul Zaman, and Nandwari Buzdar.
- Third Incident: Took place on 25 May 2025, with victims including Fareed s/o Rahim, Rahmlari Buzdar, Abdur Rehman, Namradigh Buzdar, Sultan s/o Ido, and a man identified only as Marri.
- Fourth Incident: Reported on 27 May 2025, in which the deceased were Saleem s/o Ibrahim, Namradigh Buzdar, Bakht s/o Noor Muhammad, Namradigh Buzdar, Ahmed Khan s/o Mir Ahmed, Namradigh Buzdar, and an unidentified individual.
The VBMP further expressed grave concern over the fate of 16 forcibly disappeared individuals who are feared to be at risk of being killed in similar fake encounters. Their names are:

- Afaq Ahmed s/o Ayub (Namradigh)
- Sheran s/o Khairuddin (Namradigh)
- Nabi Bashk s/o Lalu (Namradigh)
- Muhammad Ali s/o Khuda Bashk (Namradigh)
- (Unnamed) s/o Khuda Bashk (Namradigh)
- Muhammad Saleem s/o Kamal Khan (Namradigh)
- Muhammad Nawaz s/o Ahmed (Namradigh)
- Khair Bashk s/o Marza Khan (Namradigh)
- Sher Khan s/o Kareem Bashk (Namradigh)

The VBMP called on the government to uphold the fundamental rights of citizens, fulfill its constitutional responsibilities, and immediately halt unlawful actions that undermine the credibility of the state and the dignity of its people.
