Panjgur: Young Man Forcibly Disappeared by Pakistani Forces

Panjgur, Balochistan – A young man has been forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces from the Chatkan area of Panjgur district in Balochistan.

The victim has been identified as Nawab, son of Abdullah. According to sources, at around 4:00 AM on the night of May 29, personnel from Pakistani forces, along with members of a death squad allegedly formed by the military, raided his house and detained him. Following his arrest, Nawab was transferred to an unknown location and has since remained missing.

Sources further revealed that Nawab Baloch was ill, and his father had brought him to Panjgur three days prior for medical treatment. Despite his condition, he was taken away during the night raid and forcibly disappeared.

The family has appealed to all humanitarian organizations, civil society groups, and human rights institutions to raise their voices for Nawab Baloch’s immediate release and to ensure the protection of his life.
