Ten People Forcibly Disappeared by Pakistani Security Forces in Dera Bugti, Mashkay, and Kech

In the districts of Dera Bugti, Awaran, and Kech in Balochistan, Pakistani security forces have allegedly detained ten individuals and transferred them to unknown locations.

According to sources, the individuals abducted from Dera Bugti have been identified as Gul Muhammad s/o Jumma Bugti, Goro s/o Bakht Ali Bugti, Murid s/o Khuda Bakhsh Bugti, Ali Khan s/o Umar Bakhsh Bugti, Gola s/o Lalahaan Bugti, Mehendra Bugti (a local Hindu trader), Bhala Bugti, and Javed s/o Arz Muhammad Bugti. They were reportedly taken into custody during separate raids by Pakistani forces and have since been subjected to enforced disappearance.

In a separate incident in the Mashkay area of Awaran district, personnel from Pakistani forces and intelligence agencies reportedly raided a house and detained a man, who was then forcibly disappeared.

The missing individual has been identified as Niaz s/o Sango, a resident of the Taratdan market area in Mashkay.

Similarly, in the Absar area of Turbat, district Kech, 37-year-old Saifa s/o Mola Bakhsh was allegedly abducted near his home at around 9 PM on the night of April 20, 2025, by unidentified armed men.

Eyewitnesses reported that Saifa was forcibly threw into a vehicle and taken to an unknown location. He is reportedly a driver by profession.
