
QUETTA: The Baloch Republican Guards (BRG) have announced the establishment of a new urban guerrilla unit named “Parvez Urban Warriors” (PUW) in memory of their late member, Parvez Domki, honoring his role and sacrifice in the Baloch struggle.
Shaheed Parvez Domki was considered one of the foundational and exemplary members of the organization. He joined the armed struggle through the platform of the Baloch Republican Guards in 2013, dedicating himself to the cause of the struggle for Baloch freedom. Domki hailed from Lehri in the Sibi, Balochistan.
During his eight years in the movement, Domki earned a reputation among his comrades as a committed revolutionary, known for his courage, resilience, and dedication to the organization’s objectives.
According to the group, in 2021 Pakistani security forces surrounded his residence, leading to a prolonged and intense confrontation. During the clash, Parvez Domki and his mother got Maryred. The organization describes their demises as an act of martyrdom and a sacrifice that further strengthened their resolve.
In a statement, the Baloch Republican Guards said the naming of the urban guerrilla unit after Domki is intended to honor his legacy and ensure that future generations remember his “courageous and revolutionary journey.” The group added that the “Parvez Urban Warriors” unit will represent the continuation of the ideals and determination that Domki symbolized within the organization.
