Quetta: Youth Released After One Month of Disappearance

Umair Baloch released after one month detention

QUETTA: A young man who had been disappeared for nearly a month has reportedly been released in Quetta.

The released individual has been identified as Umair Baloch, son of Abdul Rauf and a resident of Killi Qambrani, Quetta. According to reports, Umair Baloch, a student, was forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces on February 1, 2026.

After nearly a month of disappearance, he was released yesterday. The news of his release was confirmed by the organization Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP).
