
KECH: Two separate incidents involving the deaths of young men have been reported in different areas of Kech district, prompting police investigations.
In the first incident, a young man’s body was recovered from the Shapuk area of Hoshab. Police reached the scene after receiving information and shifted the body to Teaching Hospital Turbat for legal formalities.
At the hospital, the deceased was identified as Sahibdad, son of Shakeel Ahmed, a resident of Shehrak. According to police, initial reports suggest that the young man may have been killed in a bomb explosion. However, authorities stated that further investigations are underway to determine the exact circumstances and cause of death. Evidence is being collected from the scene, and various aspects of the incident are being examined. Officials said more details will be shared as the investigation progresses.
In a separate incident in the Josak area of Turbat, a 25-year-old man identified as Inaam, son of Ghaffar, died by suicide. Local sources reported that he was found hanging, and his body was later shifted to a hospital for necessary legal procedures. The reason behind the suicide has not yet been determined.
Police are continuing their inquiries into both incidents.
