Pishin: CTD and Police Claim Three Killed in Alleged Operation

Pishin: Pakistani police have claimed that three individuals were killed during a joint operation carried out by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and police in the Pishin, Balochistan.

According to police officials, the incident occurred during an exchange of fire when CTD and police personnel conducted a raid in the Killi Karbala area of Pishin to arrest Sanaullah Agha, who was reportedly wanted in multiple militancy-related cases. Police said Sanaullah Agha and his two brothers were killed in the operation, while three police personnel were injured.

Officials stated that the raid was conducted on Monday and that the suspects allegedly opened fire on law enforcement personnel, resulting in injuries to the police officers, who were shifted to hospital for medical treatment.

Police further claimed that Sanaullah Agha and his two brothers were killed in retaliatory fire by CTD and the Anti-Terrorism Force (ATF).

Authorities said a clearance operation is ongoing in the area.
