Harnai, Balochistan: Four bullet-riddled bodies have been recovered in Harnai, with Pakistani forces claiming the individuals were killed during a security operation.
According to sources, the bodies were discovered in the Tor Khan area along Sanjawi Road. Visible gunshot wounds were found on the bodies. Pakistani security forces stated that the killings took place during an operation based on intelligence reports, and claimed the deceased were armed men.
However, local sources suggest a different narrative, stating that the victims appeared to have been forcibly disappeared prior to the incident. There are strong suspicions that they were executed in a staged encounter.
Several similar incidents have been reported in recent and past months, where previously disappeared individuals have been killed in alleged fake encounters and then portrayed as Baloch insurgents.
