Turbat: Second Body Found in One Day; Social Activist Disappeared in Kech

QUETTA: the Panjgur witnessed the discovery of a second body within a single day. Authorities found the lifeless body of an unidentified man near Emarat Hotel along the CPEC road.

According to police reports, the victim had suffered severe torture before being fatally shot. The body was subsequently transferred to the local teaching hospital for identification, but as of now, the victim’s identity remains unknown. Police are actively investigating all aspects of the case and expect to uncover more details once the victim is identified.

Meanwhile, in the Kech, the disappearance of Abdullah Adil Dashti, a well-known social activist and shopkeeper from the Dasht Khadan area. Family members said that Pakistani security forces took him into custody and moved him to an undisclosed location.

The family has urged authorities for his safe return, highlighting his role as a prominent community figure.

These incidents have heightened tensions in Balochistan, with local communities calling for transparent investigations and accountability. Authorities have assured the public that they are committed to uncovering the truth behind these events and ensuring justice is served.
