
QUETTA: The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed responsibility for two separate attacks targeting Pakistani military camps in Balochistan, according to a statement issued by its spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch.
In the statement, the group said its fighters carried out a close-range assault on a Pakistani army camp in the Cheri Malaar area of Awaran on March 31. The attack reportedly involved multiple rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) rounds, which the group claims struck inside the camp and caused significant damage.
The BLF also said that an earlier operation on March 29 targeting a military camp in Gishkour. According to the group, sniper units engaged various positions while additional fighters fired RPG rounds at the facility, allegedly resulting in casualties and material losses.
The statement further said that Pakistani forces responded by targeting civilian populations, though no independent confirmation of this claim was immediately available.
