Two More Women Forcibly Disappeared by Pakistani Forces in Hub Chowki

Hub: Reports have emerged of two women from the same family being forcibly disappeared in the industrial city of Hub Chowki, Balochistan, raising serious concern among their families and human rights activists.

According to family sources, the incident occurred early on Saturday morning, around 3 a.m., in the Daroo Hotel area of Ganji Ghot. Pakistani forces raided a house and took two women with them. The women have been identified as Hair Nisa Wahid (17 years old) and Hani (27 years old). Family members stated that personnel from the Frontier Corps (FC), Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), and intelligence agencies were involved in the operation.

This is the third reported case of enforced disappearance of women in Hub Chowki. Earlier this year, 15-year-old Nasreena Baloch was forcibly disappeared on November 22. Other cases in Balochistan include Farzana from Khuzdar and Raheema from Dalbandin, among others. Family members of Mahjabeen, who went missing in May 2025, have also stated that no information has been provided about her whereabouts.
