
Quetta: The spokesperson of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), Jeeyand Baloch, has claimed responsibility for two separate attacks targeting the supply and communication systems of the Pakistani military in Jiwani and Turbat.
In a statement issued to the media, the spokesperson said that BLA fighters carried out an operation in the Jiwani area of Gwadar district at the location of “Do Beest-o-Panja,” where a vehicle transporting rations for the Pakistani military was targeted with a remote-controlled improvised explosive device (IED). As a result of the blast, the vehicle sustained severe damage.
He further stated that in another operation, BLA fighters destroyed a communication tower in the Kalatak area of Turbat through an explosion. According to the statement, surveillance cameras installed on the tower by the Pakistani military were being used to monitor the area, and the tower was completely demolished in the attack.
