Ormara IED Attack On Pakistani Military Convoy

GWADAR: Several Pakistani military personnel are believed to have been killed or injured when an improvised explosive device (IED) struck an army convoy in the Ormara area, adjacent to Gwadar in Balochistan, yesterday.

According to sources, the blast occurred in the morning while the convoy was patrolling the Coastal Highway. The targeted vehicle bore the brunt of the explosion, leaving multiple personnel dead or wounded.

The Pakistani military has not yet released an official statement regarding the incident.

Baloch militant groups often carry out attacks of this nature in Balochistan, though no organization has claimed responsibility for this attack so far.
