Kachhi: Bomb Blast Targets Pakistani Forces; UBA Claims Responsibility

Kachhi: A bomb disposal squad of Pakistani security forces was targeted in a bomb explosion carried out by unidentified individuals in the Sanni area of Kachhi district.

The attack occurred near the Rudi stream in Sanni. The Baloch separatist group, the United Baloch Army (UBA), has claimed responsibility for the incident.

In a statement issued to the media, UBA spokesperson Mazar Baloch said that the organization’s fighters targeted the bomb disposal unit of the Pakistani military convoy with a remote-controlled explosive device while they were engaged in road clearance operations.

According to the spokesperson, the military convoy was traveling from the main camp in Sanni toward Dhadar city. The explosion reportedly killed one member of the bomb disposal squad on the spot, while three others sustained serious injuries.
