SHO Killed in Kharan; Attacks on Pakistani Forces and Mineral Transport Vehicles in Mastung Balochistan

Mastung: Police, Pakistani security forces and mineral transport trucks came under attack in separate incidents across different areas of Balochistan.

According to details, in Kharan district, unidentified gunmen opened fire on a police patrol, killing Station House Officer (SHO) Muhammad Qasim on the spot. Following the incident, police and administration officials arrived at the scene, took custody of the body, and shifted it to the hospital.

Meanwhile, in Mastung district’s Dasht area, unknown assailants attacked a Pakistani security patrol with heavy weapons. Reports indicate that the attack caused casualties among the forces.

Additionally, in Mastung’s Khadkocha area near Tul, unidentified armed men fired upon two trucks transporting minerals, damaging the vehicles. After the incident, a large contingent of Frontier Corps (FC) personnel, along with two armored vehicles, reached the site and cordoned off the area.
