IED Attack in Zehri Kills Two Pakistani Troops, BLA Claims Responsibility

KHUZDAR: The spokesperson for the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), Jeeyand Baloch, stated in a media release that the fighters of BLA targeted Pakistani military personnel in Zehri, causing casualties.

According to the spokesperson, BLA fighters carried out a remote-controlled IED attack on October 6 at around 1:00 PM at the Gizan-Kocho area in Zehri, targeting a foot patrol of the Pakistani army’s bomb disposal squad. The attack resulted in the immediate death of two Pakistani soldiers, while three others were injured.

The BLA spokesperson concluded by saying that the organization takes credit for the attack.
