Quetta: On the directives of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), mobile internet services have been suspended in all districts of Balochistan. According to sources, the move has been taken citing security concerns.
The suspension has caused severe difficulties for the public, particularly for students, online business owners and travelers who rely on mobile connectivity. In many areas, daily life has been disrupted and communication systems have been partially paralyzed.
Authorities have yet to announce any clear schedule or timeframe for the restoration of internet services.
