Karachi: Protest Camp Announced Again Against the Enforced Disappearance of Zahid Baloch

Zahid Baloch, a young man from Lyari, Karachi, was forcibly disappeared on July 17, 2025, by operatives of Pakistani intelligence agencies, according to his family, who have been raising their voices for his recovery.

A protest was held yesterday in front of the Karachi Press Club, where his family demanded Zahid’s immediate and safe return.

The family has now announced that they will once again set up a protest camp on August 7, 2025, in front of the Karachi Press Club, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. They stated that their sole and primary demand is the safe recovery of Zahid Baloch without delay.

The protesters have appealed to human rights organizations, media outlets and civil society to raise their voices for the recovery of Zahid Baloch and all other victims of enforced disappearance and to pressure state institutions to end this unlawful practice.
