
Pakistani forces have forcibly disappeared 14 individuals from various parts of Balochistan.
In Khuzdar Nall, Pakistani forces and intelligence agencies detained Beberg Baloch, son of Abdul Malik, on July 30 around 6 PM from Asad Noor Market and forcibly disappeared him. Beberg Baloch is a government employee and a cousin of Zahid Baloch, former chairman of Baloch Students Organization (Azad), who has been missing for over 11 years. Earlier in March 2025, Zahid Baloch’s brother Shah Jan Baloch was assassinated in broad daylight in Nall.
Meanwhile, in Karachi’s busy commercial area of Saddar, plainclothes and masked armed men abducted Kashif Yaqoob, a well-known young businessman, from his mobile shop located in Uma Tower around 6 PM on Tuesday, July 30. Eyewitnesses reported that several armed men stormed the shop and forcefully dragged Kashif away to an unknown location. He is a resident of Lyari, and his family is deeply concerned about his safety.
In Mastung, at around 12:30 AM, three individuals Fazal ur Rehman Qambrani, Zia ur Rehman Qambrani and Sheherbaz Bangulzai, were forcibly disappeared from Killi Qambrani. Notably, Fazal ur Rehman and Zia ur Rehman were previously disappeared in March 2025 and later released in April.
In Bolan, forces raided the home of Gul Mir, detaining and forcibly disappearing him. Separately, during a military operation in the Mian Kaur area of Bolan on June 23, Jalal, son of Allah Dad Marri, and an unidentified individual were also taken into custody and disappeared. According to sources, both were later released on July 31 from Loralai.
In another incident, at around 1 AM in Rakhni, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) raided the house of Mian Khan Guddiani, a senior leader of the National Party and elected Vice Chairman of UC Kach Baghaw. Mian Khan, his son Salal Khan and his nephew Sattar Khan were detained and taken to an undisclosed location. Family members reported that no legal documents or reasons for the arrests were provided, which they say is a serious violation of constitutional and human rights.
Another young man named Gul Mir was also reportedly detained from Rakhni city.
Meanwhile, in the coastal town of Jiwani, Mohammad, son of Rehmat, and Ibrahim, son of Hanif, were also detained and disappeared by Pakistani forces.
