In a violent incident in the Isa Kahn Zangi area of Panjgur’s city limits, two individuals were killed and four others injured when unidentified gunmen riding motorcycles opened fire. Among the injured were two bystander children.
The deceased have been identified as Hamdan, son of Ibrahim, a resident of Paroom KeelKor, and Imdad, son of Muslim, from Chitkan. The injured include Kabos, son of Muslim (Chitkan), Imdad, son of Mohammad Jan (Paroom), and two bystanders, Abdul Ahad, son of Qadeer Ahmed and Asad, son of Zakir both residents of Isa, Panjgur.
The motive behind the shooting remains unknown, and authorities have yet to issue an official statement on the incident.
In a separate development, two minor boys Ajmal and Rehman, were reportedly abducted at gunpoint around dusk in the Chitkan Ghareebabad area of Panjgur. According to local sources, unidentified armed men in a vehicle kidnapped the boys and took them to an unknown location.
No further details have emerged about their whereabouts at this time.
