PASNI, BALOCHISTAN : The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed responsibility for a deadly attack on Pakistani security forces in the Kulanch area of Pasni, resulting in the deaths of three personnel and injuries to several others.
According to a statement issued to the media by BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch, the attack occurred at approximately 5 PM on June 28. Insurgents reportedly ambushed Pakistani troops who had entered the mountainous region of Bazwaja, near Kulanch, as part of an ongoing military operation.
The spokesperson added that Pakistani forces and their allied local militias, referred to by the group as “death squads,” have been conducting operations across various parts of Pasni for the past five days. The ambush in Bazwaja led to the retreat of the security forces following the casualties.
Major Gwahram Baloch confirmed that the BLF accepts full responsibility for the attack, describing it as a direct response to what the group calls “occupation and aggression” in the region.
