In the heart of a nation’s story, there are always those who stand as symbols of courage and sacrifice. Today, I pick up the pen with the intention of writing a few words about a man, not just an individual, but a self-sacrificing poet, writer, and literary figure whose name is whispered with deep respect: Shaheed Fidahi Salman Hammal “Nutak Jaan.”
He was a man who placed the needs of his homeland above his own, embodying a level of bravery that continues to inspire generations.
Nutak Jaan’s decision to sacrifice himself for his nation and his people was rooted in a profound love for his country and mother tongue, as well as an unwavering sense of duty. He understood the cost of freedom and the price of peace, yet he was willing to pay it so that his people could live in dignity, peace, and prosperity.
History will never forget him, and his memory will forever be honored. His bravery inspires us to stand against oppression, to resist those who enslave us, and to fight for what is rightfully ours. Be a rebel but never accept slavery or discrimination. Stay united, for unity is our strength against tyranny. His patriotism teaches us about love and duty toward our nation, culture, and language.
“Their sacrifice echoes through the ages, a testament to valor.
In their memory, a nation finds its strength, forever bound to their honor.”
