Karachi Seminar to Mark 16 Years of Dr. Deen Mohammad Baloch’s Enforced Disappearance

Karachi: A seminar will be held at the Karachi Press Club on Sunday, June 29 at 3:30 PM to mark 16 years since the enforced disappearance of Dr. Deen Mohammad Baloch, a prominent Baloch political activist.

Organized by his family and human rights advocates, the event aims to highlight Dr. Deen Mohammad’s case and draw attention to the broader and ongoing crisis of enforced disappearances in Pakistan.

The family has called on human rights defenders, journalists, lawyers, civil society representatives and people from all walks of life to attend the seminar and stand in solidarity with the families of the disappeared.

Dr. Deen Mohammad Baloch was abducted by Pakistani forces on June 28, 2009, from Khuzdar, and has been missing ever since.
