Balochistan : The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed responsibility for two separate attacks targeting a local death squad hideout in Noshki and a Frontier Corps (FC) checkpoint in Kharan.
According to BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch, on June 24 at approximately 8:00 PM, BLF fighters launched a hand grenade attack on the hideout of death squad leader Balkh Sher in the Gharibabad area of Noshki. At the time of the assault, Balkh Sher and several of his associates were reportedly present at the location.
In a separate incident the following evening, on June 25 at around 8:30 PM, BLF fighters attacked an FC checkpoint situated on Gwash Road in Kharan city. The attackers used grenade launchers, resulting in what the group described as “human and material losses” to the paramilitary forces.
Major Gwahram Baloch stated that the BLF accepts full responsibility for both operations. He reiterated the group’s commitment to continuing its armed campaign against what it describes as occupying forces and their local collaborators, until the “complete liberation of Balochistan” is achieved.
