The spokesperson of the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), Major Gohram Baloch, stated in a press release to the media that BLF fighters (referred to as “Sarmachars”) carried out an attack yesterday near Balochistan Hotel in the Khad Kocha area of Mastung. They targeted trucks carrying equipment for the Saindak project, damaging both the trucks and the cargo.
He further mentioned that in another operation, a sniper attack was conducted on a Pakistani forces checkpoint in the Zeelg area of Jhao, killing one member of the enemy forces.
Major Gohram Baloch also claimed responsibility for an attack on Pakistani forces in Mand. He said that on the night of June 18, BLF fighters targeted an outpost of the occupying Pakistani forces in Gok, Mand (district Kech) using rocket launchers and other heavy weapons.
The spokesperson added that the fighters attacked the enemy checkpoint from close range, causing cries and panic among the soldiers present at the post.
