Quetta: Renowned Brahui Poet and Cameraman Meer Allah Bakhsh Shehzad Shot Dead

Quetta: Renowned Brahui-language poet, writer, and cameraman Meer Allah Bakhsh Shehzad was shot dead by unidentified armed men on Sabzal Road in the provincial capital of Balochistan, Quetta.

The incident occurred around 4 PM today, when unknown assailants opened fire on him and fled the scene.

Meer Allah Bakhsh Shehzad was widely respected for his contributions to Brahui literature and poetry. He also served as an oxygen technician at Bolan Medical College Hospital and worked as a cameraman for local media outlets Mehr TV and Gidan TV.

According to police, an investigation is underway. However, the motive behind the killing remains unknown at this time.
