Blast Targets Coast Guard Vehicle in Jiwani, Forces’ Checkpost Attacked in Zamuran

Balochistan: A Coast Guard vehicle on routine patrol was targeted in a bomb blast by unidentified individuals in the Likkan Tayab area of Jiwani, a coastal region of Gwadar district.

According to local sources, there are reports of casualties, but no official confirmation has yet been made regarding the number of dead or injured.

In a separate incident, a checkpost of Pakistani forces in Kotan, located in the Zamuran area of Kech district, came under attack by unknown armed men. Explosions were heard during the assault, which reportedly caused both human and material losses to the forces.

So far, no group has claimed responsibility for either of the attacks.
