In Awaran, armed assailants targeted Pakistani security personnel assigned to protect road construction workers, using heavy weaponry while the forces were overseeing the project.
According to sources, the attack occurred this afternoon in the Malar Machi area of Kolwah. The assault inflicted both human and material losses on the forces.
Gunfire was reportedly heard during the attack; however, no group has yet claimed responsibility for the incident.
