A large number of armed men blocked the main highway and conducted vehicle checks on Sunday in the Gaznai and Mangochar areas of Kalat district.
According to reports, the attackers targeted supply vehicles of the Saindak project with rocket launchers and other heavy weapons. However, no casualties or significant damage have been reported so far.
In a separate incident, armed men set up a blockade in the Tump area of Kech district, stopping and thoroughly searching vehicles and buses at the Asiababad checkpoint. The search operation continued for several hours, according to local sources.
As of now, no group has claimed responsibility for these incidents. However, in previous cases, Baloch armed organizations have often claimed similar attacks.
