KHUZDAR, BALOCHISTAN: Armed attack reported on construction company working on CPEC road in Naal area of Khuzdar.
Armed men reportedly attacked a construction company working on a CPEC road in the Koraisk area of Naal, Khuzdar, on Monday morning.
According to a Zumbesh source, an outlet linked to Baloch militant groups, the attack targeted the company of Samad Sumalani, who is the leader of a pro-state militia (Death Squad), at around 8 a.m.
The source said the ensuing clash lasted roughly two hours and there were casualties on the Death Squad side. No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
