According to local sources, the blockade on the Basima highway began around 2 pm today, with a large number of militants conducting strict searches of vehicles passing through the area. The checkpoint has remained active for several hours.
In Kharan, Baloch militants targeted the Pakistani military camp at Shahogiri between Kharan and Washuk on July 2. The attack involved the use of RPG rockets, light machine guns, grenade launchers, and other automatic weapons.
