KECH, BALOCHSITAN: Pakistani security forces reportedly carried out a military operation in the Tump Gomazi area of Balochistan’s Kech on Friday, June 12, 2026, during which several homes belonging to local Baloch residents were demolished and set on fire.
A video that went viral online shows what appears to be a large contingent of security forces, including Frontier Corps (FC) personnel, conducting house-to-house searches in the area. The footage also shows a tractor being used to demolish a residential structure, while other homes can be seen engulfed in flames.
It is worth noting that this is not the first such operation in the area this month. Residents and local sources allege that earlier in June, Pakistani forces conducted searches in nearby areas of Tump, including Konshakalat, Asiabad, and surrounding localities, during which valuables belonging to residents were taken.
