Armed Men Attack Police Station in Duki, One Personal Killed

QUETTA, BALOCHISTAN: One police officer was killed and two others wounded after unknown armed men launched an attack on the Tarin Police Station in Duki district of Balochistan, police officials confirmed. The slain officer has been identified as Syed Hassan, while the two wounded personnel are Mohammad Wali and Baloch Khan.

According to police officials, unidentified armed men opened fire on the Tarin Police Station in the Duki area, triggering a violent exchange. The attack resulted in one officer being fatally wounded and two others sustaining injuries. The body of the slain officer and the wounded personnel were transferred to a nearby hospital following the incident.

A quick response force comprising police, the Anti-Terrorism Force (ATF), and the Frontier Corps (FC) reached the scene shortly after the attack was reported. Security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to track down the assailants.

No group has claimed the responsibility.
