Karachi: Balochi singer Dil Jan and Ashfaq Baloch, who were reportedly subjected to enforced disappearance by Pakistani forces from Rais Goth in Karachi on January 5, have been released.
The development was confirmed by the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP), which described it as a positive development.
Advocates expressed hope that other disappeared individuals will also be released and called for concrete measures to end the issue of enforced disappearances.
