QUETTA: The family of a gunman assigned to the Makran commissioner has demanded his safe recovery during a press conference held in Turbat.
Speaking at the Turbat Press Club, relatives of Zahoor son of Izzat said he was abducted by armed men during a road blockade in the Besima area on March 5.
During the press conference, the abducted man’s brother Naveed Ahmed, accompanied by their mother, Zahoor’s wife, and children, appealed to the government and law enforcement agencies to ensure his immediate and safe recovery.
According to the family, Zahoor a resident of Tanzag and currently living in Sari Kahn was kidnapped when armed individuals set up a road blockade in Besima.
The family said they have been deeply distressed and worried since the incident.
They urged the authorities to take immediate and effective measures to recover Zahoor and conduct a thorough investigation into the incident to ease the anxiety of the family.
