The Meteorological Department has forecast cold and dry weather across most districts of Balochistan, with northern areas expected to experience particularly severe temperatures.
According to the department, the minimum temperatures recorded in various districts include:
- Quetta: 4°C
- Qalat: 3°C
- Ziarat: 2°C
- Zhob: 7°C
- Sibi: 13°C
- Turbat: 16°C
- Nokkundi: 13°C
- Chaman: 9°C
- Gwadar (coastal area): 15°C
- Jiwani (coastal area): 16°C
The department has advised residents to take necessary precautions, especially in northern districts, where the cold is expected to intensify.
