Rocket Attack on FC Convoy in Turbat, Casualties Reported

Turbat: A Frontier Corps (FC) patrol convoy was targeted in a rocket attack late Friday night in the Ginnah Phulani area on the outskirts of Turbat city, resulting in reported casualties, according to official sources.

The incident took place around 10 PM when unidentified armed individuals launched a rocket-propelled grenade at a convoy consisting of four FC vehicles.

Pakistani Security forces responded returned fire, prompting the attackers to flee the area under the cover of darkness. While officials confirmed that casualties were sustained in the attack, the exact number and severity of injuries or fatalities have not been disclosed.

A search operation has been launched in the area to trace those responsible for the assault.
