
Balochistan: The Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed responsibility for two separate attacks targeting Pakistani military forces in the Kolwah and Gwarkop Balochistan, resulting in the deaths of four soldiers and injuries to several others.
In an official statement, BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch said that on 1 July, around 5:00 PM, BLF fighters launched an assault in Kaneechee, a locality in Kolwah, where a sniper attack killed one soldier guarding a Pakistani military checkpoint. A second unit of BLF fighters then reportedly carried out a heavy weapons assault on the same post, inflicting additional casualties and material damage.
Further intensifying the conflict, Major Gwahram Baloch stated that on 3 July at approximately 5:30 PM, BLF fighters targeted a Pakistani military camp in Gwarkop using multiple mortar rockets. The projectiles were reported to have hit their intended targets, resulting in the death of three soldiers and leaving several others injured.
