In the Dhadar area of Kachi, Balochistan, a vehicle in a convoy of Pakistani forces was targeted with an IED explosion near the Yusuf Petrol Pump. Officials confirmed that two soldiers were injured in the attack.
Meanwhile, in the Jhao area of Awaran, a checkpoint of Pakistani forces at the Malagazi location was attacked with heavy weaponry. Intense gunfire and explosions were heard for about 20 minutes during the assault.

In the provincial capital, Quetta, a man was shot dead by unidentified gunmen near Jatak Market in the Hazarganji area.
The victim was identified as Maqbool Ahmed, son of Nawab Khan, belonging to the Qalandrani tribe and a resident of Mach. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital. The motive behind the killing remains unknown.
