
The spokesperson of the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), Major Gwahram Baloch, issued a statement to the media stating that on the night of June 16 at 8:30 PM, BLF fighters attacked a Pakistani forces’ post in the Mahir area of Mand using rocket launchers and other heavy weapons. As a result, one enemy soldier was killed and two others were injured. After the attack, the fighters safely retreated to their hideouts.
He further stated that on the morning of June 18 at 10:00 AM, based on information from the organization’s intelligence wing, BLF fighters targeted and killed Naeem, son of Sufi Jalal, a member of the state-backed death squad, in the Isa Sandi Sar area of Panjgur. The fighters also seized his official rifle and other belongings.
The spokesperson added that Naeem was directly involved in the killing of BLF members Major Noora alias Pirak and his companions in Prom on April 26, 2020.
The Balochistan Liberation Front has claimed responsibility for both attacks, reiterating its commitment to continue armed resistance against occupying forces, their collaborators, and exploitative projects until the liberation of Balochistan.
